Lynn Meadows Discovery Center presents Boogie Night on Friday, March 20, beginning at 7 p.m. The annual fundraiser is going in a new direction in 2020; instead of having the usual 1980s theme, the event will feature a Roaring Twenties theme lled with elegance and excitement.
“In coordination with the theme, guests will enjoy big band music, a bourbon bar, appers, 1920s fashion, and a
Gatsby-style grand time,” says Lynn Meadows Director of Marketing, Public Relations and Memberships Sonja Gillis. “Proceeds from Boogie Night are utilized by supporting exhibits and programming for Lynn Meadows and the WINGS Performing Arts program.” Boogie Night has been able to ourish thanks to the support of its sponsors and guests. This year’s event is expected to have more than 400 guests. Tickets are
available online at $75 per person or $125 per couple.
This year’s event is chaired by Adrienne and Brandon Elliott of Elliott Homes, who sponsored the construction of Lynn Meadows’ new welcome center.
