Ryan Goldin has been interested
in real estate since he was a young child. “Real estate transactions were regularly discussed at the dinner table and I was always excited to hear about ‘the deal,’” he said. Ryan went on to graduate from Florida State University with degrees in nance and real estate, and an MBA at William Carey University. “Math and numbers are my strong suit. While my main focus is developing raw land into neighborhoods, what I mainly enjoy
is the sales part. e most rewarding aspects for me are meeting customers and seeing their excitement when the deal is done,” commented Ryan.
Ryan has recently overseen the development of 51 new lots in
