here is no mistaking the theme of the
holiday decorations at the Biloxi home
of Darlene and Bob Petersen where everything is fun and quirky. Characters from the books of
children’s author, the late Theodor Seuss Geisel — known
as Dr. Seuss, reign supremely. On the front lawn a green Grinch (the one who stole Christmas) peeps from behind a tree, and a large red and white top hat (The Cat in the Hat) is jauntily perched on a sign. Two purple leaning Christmas trees stand guard on each side of the entrance. After all, as Darlene points out, “nothing is straight in Dr. Seuss land.” >>
