with his premium-quality windows and doors.
Window King specializes in
hurricane impact windows and
doors, using a special hurricane screen made of woven stainless steel, which
also protects against the
region’s excessive summer heat and
offers added security. Window King’s products
are energy efficient, saving
money on high electric bills. The team will also custom design a sunroom, ideal for customers who want to enjoy the outdoors, while keeping the weather and insects on the outside and blocking harmful UV rays. Hurricane shutters are also offered, for
those customers who desire added protection against the sometimes harsh coastal winds and rain.
Norma Campbell, office manager
at Window King, is quick to point out that Cantor does “more than just put in the windows.” She says, “I work for a great boss who’s got a big heart.”
In addition to being a member
of the Coast Chamber, the Home Builders Association, and the Grid Iron Business Club, among numerous others, Cantor tries to be actively involved in the community, like sponsoring the first graders at West Wortham Elementary, bringing them ice cream. “They’re future customers!” he exclaims.
The mission statement of Window King is: “Always be the most productive you can be at any given moment; proactive beats reactive every time!” That’s a maxim that can apply to more than just hurricane-proof windows and doors.
