Football season just got exciting and it has nothing to do with the quarterbacks or kickers. Harrah’s Gulf Coast has expanded its sports betting and entertainment experiences with the addition of 406 Club – a non-traditional venue featuring an
assortment of amenities, such as bar games, private fan caves, sports betting kiosks, food and beverage options, and a number of interactive LCD screens for sports viewing.
The club brings a new level of energy and excitement to the casino floor, said General Manager Jonathan Jones, adding it is the prefect place to get together with friends for a sports experience like none other.
The fan caves, each equipped with Xbox consoles for video game play, are available for private parties during televised sports games and can be rented out during game days. Bar games include beer pong, shuffleboard and foosball. And for those who just want to relax and watch the game, the club has
a selection of comfortable, oversized chairs and couches, making everywhere a great place to view
the action. The chairs even have built in cupholders letting guests keep their drinks close while their hands are free for clapping and cheering.
406 Club is the first in Mississippi to feature Bar Top Gaming by Interblock, which has blackjack, craps, roulette, baccarat, and popular video poker themes. The Bar Top Games are modern in appearance, and feature 18 casino games, allowing guests to play up to four games simultaneously.
Located on the casino floor, 406 Club offers a subtle nod to a previous era of sports betting in historic Biloxi. Biloxi Mayor “Fofo” Gilich said he frequented the city’s original 406 Club in the 1970. He was at
the opening of Harrah’s 406 Club and noted the investment the casino company has made in their property is significant for Biloxi.
