Marshall Saxon named PGA Professional Champion

Lawson Cup, which is given to the lowest round one score by a professional by shooting a 2-under par 70.
Saxon went on to shoot 72 in the second round and 73 in the third round for a three- day total of 1-under par 215 to also claim the PGA Professional Champion title and bring a $2,400 check home for his victory.
The Mississippi PGA is comprised of 130 professionals who are recognized experts in the game of golf and business and are employed at 65 of Mississippi’s finest golf facilities.
