Fuji Sushi House has more than 35 types of sushi rolls on their menu, from the Biloxi Roll with tempura salmon, cream cheese, craw sh, crab stick and asparagus to the New Orleans Roll, with craw sh and avocado topped with spicy tuna, and snow crab. Along with their soup and noodle options, they o er a little something for everyone.
The restaurant has been open since 2014, and Ann Le has lived on the Mississippi Gulf Coast since 1985. She said one of her favorite things about working in the restaurant industry is the opportunity to meet new people, and the idea of providing excellent service and quality food to its patrons is what inspired her to open a restaurant.
Some of her favorite menu items are fried rice and pho. Pho is a traditional Vietnamese soup made with beef stock and served with basil, cilantro, and bean sprouts. Le said her personal
favorite dish to enjoy is any one of the many sushi rolls they o er on the menu.
For anyone thinking about opening a restaurant, Le o ers this advice: “During these hard times, it is an ever changing industry,” she said. “Be patient. We learn something new all the time.”
Fuji Sushi House is located at 131 Lameuse Street in Biloxi and is a member of the Mississippi Coast Restaurant and Beverage Association.
