Meet Chad Purdy. Being in the right place at the right time when he ran into an old friend, who is now his business partner, is what brought Chad Purdy to Express Employment Professionals. Helping people not only nd a job but start a career is what he likes most about his work.
“We are huge advocates for the Make-A- Wish Foundation,” he says. “Helping kids is a passion that we all stand behind.”
He was born in Pascagoula and has always loved the Coast. “The people here are kind and helpful. You never meet a stranger.”
Purdy says he’s married to the love of his life and high school sweetheart, Blair. They have two daughters, Caroline, 13, and Camille, 10. “It’s a house full of women and I couldn’t be happier.”
He enjoys playing golf and going to the gym, noting that he probably should play a little less golf and go to the gym more.

Meet Mollie Rockstad. She did not come to her position as CFO of seven Express Employment Professionals franchise locations by the usual route. She started as a personal assistant seven years ago and learned along the way.
“My job duties varied from picking up bags of Doritos, delivering classic cars to buyers, babysitting – anything. I shared
an o ce with the person I worked for
and just inserted myself in any task or
duty possible.” She loves that every day is di erent and says the organization’s growth focused culture is like no other.
Rockstad was born in Missouri while her father was in the Air Force, but relocated to Ocean Springs in 2000. She lives in Gulfport with her husband, Trevor, and two children, Ren and Rory. She currently sits on the board of the Make-a-Wish Foundation of South Mississippi.
