Get ‘eggstra’ with Easter dining specials
MISSISSIPPI — Hop to it — you don’t want to miss the casino dining specials being offered on Easter Sunday. Chefs are working hard on brunch favorites, lunch specialties and dinner menus to make the day “eggstra” special for all. For those restaurants needing reservations, better act quick like a bunny. Easter is Sunday, April 20.
Hard Rock Biloxi
Hard Rock Biloxi is hosting a special Easter buffet ($35.99) on April 20. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., dine on traditional holiday favorites — and much more. Diners can also add snow crab for an additional $17.99.
Treasure Bay
Enjoy an Easter brunch at Treasure Bay on April 20. In the infinity buffet, a special holiday meal featuring smoked brisket, stuffed salmon, carved ham, smoked sausage, and seafood gumbo will be served. Plus, indulge in crab legs and crawfish along with a variety of breakfast favorites. Be sure to save room for one of the many desserts.
Easter brunch is served 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. ($43.19) or enjoy brunch without crab ($25.49). Both prices are with players club card.
Palace Casino Resort
Celebrate Easter at Palace Casino Resort where both the Palace Buffet and Mignon’s Steaks & Seafood have special meals for the April 20 holiday.
In the buffet ($38 with players club card, $40 without), a holiday menu featuring prime rib and all the favorites from the Grill, Comfort, Wok and Coastal stations will be offered. There will also be a variety of desserts. The buffet is served from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
In Mignon’s Steaks & Seafood, Easter specials are offered from noon to 6 p.m. Select from seafood Newburg, prime rib, domestic lamb rack chops and strawberry lemonade Gentilly cake in addition to the holiday à la carte menu.

Beau Rivage
Celebrate Easter at Beau Rivage where a number of restaurants are hosting holiday meals. From Thursday to Sunday, April 17-20, Coraline’s has a special menu featuring cream of asparagus soup ($14) to start, followed by porcini-dusted sea bass ($72) with green pea puree, shiitake mushroom, pancetta and citrus arugula. This special is available alongside regular menu offerings from 4:30
to 10 p.m. Thursday and Sunday and until 10:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Reservations are required.
Salt & Ivy presents a special three- course prix fixe holiday meal ($55.99) on Easter Sunday featuring braised lamb shank with roasted asparagus and mashed potatoes served with strawberries and goat cheese salad, along with a carrot cake for dessert. This special is available April 20, from 11 a.m. to midnight, along with regular menu offerings. Reservations are encouraged.
The Buffet ($32.99 adults, $19.99 children) features an Easter menu on April 20. For breakfast, guests can indulge in brioche French toast, available from 8 to 10 a.m.
Holiday special features for brunch and dinner ($49.99 adults, $25.99 children), served from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., include roasted leg of lamb, pineapple-glazed ham, oven-roasted potatoes, garlic-scented broccolini, spicy boiled shrimp, and more.
The Buffet also offers specialty cocktails, including Bloody Mary’s ($8), Mimosas ($6.50), Poinsettias ($6.50), sparkling wine ($6.50), domestic beers ($5), frozen daiquiris with a souvenir cup ($10), and a selection of wines by the glass or bottle. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability, and the maximum table size
is 10 guests.
For a sweet treat, The Roasted Bean
will feature a coconut pound cake available only on Easter weekend, April 18-20. Situated in the retail promenade of the resort, The Roasted Bean features café-style seating and is open 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Island View Casino
Celebrate all things spring at Island View Casino Resort at Carter Green, Beach Blvd Steamer, The Buffet, C&G Grille, and Dockside Deli. Dining guests must be at least 21.
While most holiday specials are offered on Easter Sunday only, Carter Green Steakhouse and Beach Blvd Steamer have a multi-course meal ($50) available Friday through Sunday, April 18-20, from 5 to 10 p.m. For starters, enjoy the shrimp and jumbo lump crabmeat cocktail and a salad of sliced yellow beets with Gorgonzola, candied pecans, arugula with a peach vinaigrette. Diners then choose an entrée of either grilled American lamb chops served with duchesse potatoes, roasted beets and a black garlic glaze or grilled fresh fish Oscar, topped with crabmeat, hollandaise and asparagus. To finish the meal, enjoy black cherry compote over ice cream and angel food cake.
On April 20, a special Easter menu will be offered in The Buffet ($27.99) from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The bountiful holiday selections include crabmeat artichoke soup, cheddar omelets topped with asparagus tips and hollandaise sauce, Creole seafood gumbo, Polynesian turkey
