Scarlet Pearl
Under the Oak Cafe and Scarlet’s Steaks & Seafood at Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort have Thanksgiving specials featuring all the favorites. Under the Oak has a homestyle platter with turkey and ham, cornbread dressing, haricots verts, sweet
potato casserole, cranberry sauce and turkey gravy and rolls ($38). For dessert, there is sweet potato pie ($14) topped with maple cinnamon cream cheese and candied pecans.
In Scarlet’s Steaks & Seafood, enjoy roasted turkey with oyster and crabmeat dressing with sage turkey au jus, haricots verts and honey-orange cranberry sauce ($47). A second special features wild mushroom-stuffed duck breast with cherry cognac gastrique and sweet potato and apple hash ($55). Plus there is pumpkin cranberry cheesecake ($15). The homemade cheesecake has spiced pumpkin puree, cranberry coulis and maple cinnamon whipped cream.

Magnolia Bluffs
Playmakers Sportsbook Bar & Grill at Magnolia Bluffs Casino Hotel has a Thanksgiving special. The meal at the Natchez casino features ham, cornbread dressing, green beans and cranberry sauce ($15). Playmakers is open noon to 9 p.m.
Pearl River Resort
Pearl River Resort has three restaurants offering holiday favorites this Thanksgiving. Phillip M’s inside Silver Star Casino Hotel and Bistro 24 and Mama ‘N’ Em inside Golden Moon Casino Hotel will each have a special menu offered from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
At Phillip M’s, dine on turkey roulade with confit duck pate and chicken medallions seared and butter basted, then served with herbed chicken gravy, accompanied by house-made cranberry sauce and choice of whipped sweet potatoes, baked potato, or whipped mash potatoes ($29). For dessert, there is raspberry sorbet served with strawberries and blueberries, hand-whipped cream and a caramel dusting.
Bistro 24 will be serving fried turkey wings, cranberry hot sauce dressing with gravy, green bean casserole and pecan pie ($16). And in Mama ‘N’ Em, dine on turkey breast or fried turkey tenders, squash dressing, turkey gravy, baked sweet potato and choice of a Mama side dish ($18).
