Pearl River Resort hosts headliners at its Silver Star Convention Center
Summer includes concerts, July 4th fireworks and birthday celebration
CHOCTAW — Pearl River Resort has announced an entertain- ment schedule through July that includes a lot of big name acts. It includes mixture of country classic artists to rock legends, so there’s something for everyone, including fireworks.
Ronnie Milsap will croon his smooth country crossover hits on Saturday, June 25. His incomparable combination of pop, R&B, and rock and roll elements will make this a night to remember. Some of his biggest crossover hits include: “It Was Almost Like a Song,” “Smoky Mountain Rain,” “(There’s) No Gettin’ Over Me,” and “I Wouldn’t Have Missed It for the World.”
Poison is one of the most popular hair bands in history, with legions of fans world-wide. They’ll rock Pearl River Resort on Sun- day, July 3, with hits like “Every Rose Has Its Thorn,” “Talk Dirty to Me,” and “Nothin’ but a Good Time.” And, a good time is guaran- teed when Bret Michaels, Rikki Rockett, Bobby Dall, and C.C. DeV- ille take the stage.
Then, Pearl River Resort’s spectacular fireworks display will take place at 9 p.m. on Monday, July 4. Pearl River Resort is inviting everyone to help celebrate Independence Day and the Resort’s 28th anniversary.

Season passes on sale for PRR’s Geyser Falls
CHOCTAW — Geyser Falls Water Theme Park at Pearl River Resort is a 23-acre family amusement center featuring 12 major waterslides, an enormous wave pool, a lazy river and activity areas for children and teens. Season passes for those ages 4 and up are now on sale for $109.99 plus tax.
Plus, depending on the day of the week, gate general admission to Geyser Falls runs from $34.99 to $44.99 and online general admission runs from $32.99 to $42.99. The park is free for children ages 3 and under. A wide variety of discounts are also available, including impressive discounts and special offers for large groups.
The park includes Geyser Flats, Lil’ Squirts Hollow, Mt. Everwet, Clearwater Key, Round About River, Pipe’s Peak, Whitewater Express, Thunder Lake, Creaky Leaky and more.
Park dates are: May 28-June 30, open Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.; in July the park will be open Monday-Thursday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
On Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 6, the park will be open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The park will be open on weekends only from Aug. 6 to Sept. 5 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and from noon to 5 p.m. on
