Stars perform in Tunica in December
 TUNICA — Casinos in Tunica welcome headline entertain- ment in December. Performers slated to appear include the Com- modores, Little Feat, and Deana Carter and Phil Vassar.
• Horseshoe Tunica welcomes Little Feat in the Waiting For Columbus Tour, Friday, Dec. 2. Little Feat will kick off December at Horse- shoe with its Waiting for Columbus Tour. The band’s brilliant musicianship transcends bound- aries, uniting California rock, funk, folk, jazz, country, rockabilly, and New Orleans swamp boogie into a rich gumbo. The Dixie Chicken album, released 50 years ago, is considered the band’s landmark release that continues to reso- nate today.

Carter hits include the Billboard No. 1 hit “Strawberry
Wine” as well as “We Danced Anyway,” “How Did I Get Here,” “Once Upon a December,” “Count Me In,” and more.

Winner of Steve Harvey’s Standup Spotlight Comedy Competition, Ken Miller has ten siblings that help fuel his set. The former U.S. Army veteran earned Steve Harvey’s stamp of approval by saying Miller’s comedy has rich, relatable material.
