“October is an exciting month for us as we are all dedicated and passionate about supporting the cause of the American Cancer Society,” Madison said. “Though we support the American Cancer Society throughout the year through volunteering and donations, we are excited in October because we have month-long team member-led efforts while concluding the month with our largest fundraiser for the ACS, the Battle of the Bras.”

Horseshoe team members decorated bras in a way that brings a story to life related to cancer. The bras were on display in the hotel lobby for voting and donation collection. The 15 bras that received the most donations were the ones modeled at the fashion show event while celebrity judges made the final decision on the top three bra designs and celebrity performance.
The casino has embraced National Breast Cancer Awareness Month for the past 11 years through the fashion show, which has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for ACS.
